		<description>I remember all too well.  I warned you it was not a sound idea at that point but true to form you played basketball for an hour going all out the entire time.  I also remember watching you barely make it up the stairs the next day!  You went from that to doing any exercise you wanted to while standing on an exercise ball.  It&#039;s amazing what waking up the feet can do.</description>
